They picked up the incoming call (no answering machine), were able to see me the afternoon that I called, were on-time, friendly and pleasant upon arrival, explained our garage door problem to us in layman terms, and fixed the problem, at a fraction of the cost of what the previous vendor tried to sell us on.
Just like their advertisement promised, I found West Coast Overhead Door to be reliable and honest, and they provided outstanding customer service with 100% satisfaction. Make that 110%, as I felt compelled to give them a tip!
